SUNRISE BLEND

Bright • Balanced • Invigorating

Our top-selling coffee and the perfect way to start the day. Sunrise Blend brings together exceptional high-altitude Central American coffees, where slower growing conditions produce dense beans with concentrated, well-developed flavor.

Refreshing brightness takes center stage, accompanied by inviting aromas of green apple and freshly baked bread. Brilliant high notes awaken the palate, while baker’s chocolate, caramel, fruit, and delicate floral nuances add balance and complexity.

The finish is remarkably clean, crisp, and invigorating, making Sunrise Blend an easy everyday favorite from the first sip to the last.

CUPPING NOTES

Baker’s chocolate • Caramel low notes • Fruit • Floral nuances • Bright acidity

Thank you for the review! There is a good chance it was Sunrise as it is our most popular blend :)

Sunrise for the first time

Ordered Sunrise to share at Xmas with brothers who, like me, are dark coffee fiends. It is very smooth, rich but not heavy. It will become an alternate to my usual Sumatra. Lovely!

Thank you, Susana! We hope you and your family enjoyed it :)
