From day one, our mission has been simple: roast exceptional coffee and deliver an experience our customers can count on. FROM SEED TO CUP
Our journey began with a passion for discovering what truly makes great coffee. Since visiting our first coffee farm in Nicaragua in 1999, we've believed that exceptional coffee starts at its origin.
We value strong, long-term relationships with the farmers and producers who make our coffee possible. By working with partners who share our commitment to quality, sustainability, and ethical farming practices—including Rainforest Alliance Certified farms and other responsible producers—we help support the communities behind every harvest while sourcing coffees we're proud to roast.
Every bean has a story, and we're honored to be part of its journey from seed to cup.

When Simyk joined the journey, he brought fresh ideas, innovation, and a drive to continually improve the customer experience. Together, they combine experience with fresh thinking to grow a company built on quality, integrity, and genuine relationships.
