EL GATO ESPRESSO

Classic • Smooth • Lusciously Sweet

Our classic espresso blend, El Gato brings together exceptional coffees from South America, Indonesia, and Africa for a rich, beautifully balanced cup.

A creamy, honey-like body is complemented by a thick, nutty crema and just enough acidity to keep the finish clean and balanced. Crafted as an espresso but versatile enough for other brewing methods, El Gato delivers a smooth, satisfying cup however you choose to brew it.

CUPPING NOTES

Caramel • Baker’s Chocolate • Walnut

Rich sweetness and nutty depth linger pleasantly on the palate, creating a smooth and satisfying finish.

Very nice coffee. We use it mainly for drip, even though it's for espresso, and it comes out nice and strong.

Delightful

El Gato espresso was soo smooth and wonderfully bright tasting that I stopped using my go to brand. Thank-you for introducing me to a world of what espresso should be. I have to thank The Mark Thompson Show for turning me into a Cochella Valley Coffee fan
