A naturally caffeine-free herbal tea from South Africa, rooibos brews into a beautiful deep red cup with a smooth, full-bodied character and mellow, earthy notes.

Naturally sweet with a soft, comforting finish, rooibos is easy to enjoy throughout the day and makes an excellent caffeine-free alternative to traditional black tea. Enjoy it hot or iced, on its own, or with a splash of milk.

BREWING

Tea: 1 teaspoon per cup
Water: 205°F
Steep: 5–7 minutes

Rooibos is naturally low in bitterness, so it can be steeped longer for a richer, fuller-bodied cup without becoming overly astringent. Add milk or sweetener to taste.
