BREWING

Tea: 1 teaspoon per cup
Water: 175–180°F
Steep: 2–3 minutes

Avoid boiling water and over-steeping to preserve the tea’s delicate floral character. The leaves can also be steeped more than once, adding a little extra time with each infusion.
