Masala chai is a warming blend of black tea and traditional spices inspired by Indian preparation methods, where tea and spices are simmered together with milk.

Bold and aromatic, this blend brings together cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, cloves, and pepper for a rich, comforting cup. Enjoy it on its own or add warm milk and your favorite sweetener for a classic chai experience.

BREWING

Tea: 1 teaspoon per cup

Water: Boiling

Steep: 5+ minutes

Strain, add hot milk, and sweeten to taste.

Fabulous Chai that I'm happy to have stumbled upon

I actually found a bag of this chai tea in the Palm Springs airport on a business trip. Being a sucker for Chai tea, I knew I had to try it (and boy am I glad I did!). This is a rich, mildly spicy Chai blend that delivers the perfect peppy cuppa. I liked it so much that when I ran out, I ran to the Coachella Valley Coffee website to order a couple more bags. This has officially entered my regular tea rotation.
