Some of the best Brazilian coffees we’ve sourced in years, these exceptional lots come from small farms throughout Sul de Minas, one of Brazil’s most celebrated coffee-growing regions.

Classified as SSFC (Strictly Soft Fine Cup), the highest cup category in the Brazilian coffee grading system, this coffee is prized for its sweetness, creamy body, and approachable acidity. Its naturally balanced character also makes it an excellent foundation for espresso blends—and yes, we use it in ours.

Roasted between City and Full City, it produces a smooth, balanced cup with a sweet, remarkably clean finish.

Coffee is like fine wine. Everything matters. Where it’s grown, what type of soil, how it’s grown the environment, even the altitude. Everything affects its taste and layers of flavoring.
