There is a sweetness embedded in the coffee and I personally don't like sweet coffee. The cinnamon is a good flavor addition. I regularly add cinnamon to my coffee at home. However, I will not be ordering this coffee again.

We came across this product at PS Airport on our way to visit Adult Kids in NY. They loved it and we looked forward to returning to CV to buy some for us…. all gone! So happy to be able to buy online. Keep up great work :hands_heart::skin-tone-3:

I've been a customer for over 5 years and I've yet to find another roaster better than Cliff and his team at Coachella Valley Coffee. Give them a try and you won't be disappointed especially with this delicious bean!

I love coffee that is smooth and so drinkable and the Ethiopia is the one.

This will be our new special weekend coffee since we use the Coachella Half-Caff during the week. This is the first time we have tried Ethiopia and wish we had sooner. It’s full bodied and perfect on a leisurely weekend morning.

The best from the best. Never change

Ethiopia has become my favorite coffee from CVC. Although i like others (Sunrise Blend. . . ), Ethiopia is perfect roast for pour over and press. Not too strong but strong flavor for those of you that take the time to use pour over.
I have tried many of the coffees from CVC, and all are good. One of the best features is they roast the coffee and send it the same day.
I also ordered coffee from many other roasters - no more. I now only order from CVC. You will not be disappointed.

It’s a delicious blend & especially for those of us who prefer a milder roast. The flavor is perfectly sweet & spicy with the cinnamon. It’s my favorite coffee & I love it!

Love the aroma and flavor. Don’t add anything to your coffee; so this is quite sweet, but I like it.

I love the coffee but the price is so high! I don’t think that I can afford to spend so much money on coffee. I will certainly miss it but what can I do?

After my first tester of Café De Olla I was hooked. The flavor profile is awesome, Dark Chocolate, cinnamon and a hint of sweetness from the Piloncillo. I took my recent order on a RV camping trip to Southern Ca last week. Everyone that tried this blend loved it especially when it was brewing! . I am glad I pulled the trigger and ordered it after hearing Cliff on The Mark Thompson Show. I love your espresso blends but Café De Olla is quite spectacular! Cant wait for my next order to arrive!

Happy with the fastest delivery of coffee to my home. I placed order on line and the next day it was at my home. living in the same city made that happen along with the good tasting coffee I will make now be a long time customer.

This coffee is amazing. Tastes just fantastic. I brew in an old school coffee pot and it’s still incredible. Can’t imagine how good it would be when mass with French press or at the recommended 200 degrees. Love this coffee!!
